What Is Golf-Fit Training?

Golf-Fit Training is a performance-based fitness program custom-built from your Golf Physical and Golf Power Screen results—including data from the industry-leading TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) testing.

Our TPI-Certified Golf Physical Therapist and Golf-Specialized Personal Trainer work together to create a program that directly addresses your body’s specific limitations. Whether it's mobility restrictions, power leaks, or poor stability—this plan targets the root cause so you can swing better, feel better, and play longer.

What’s Included in Golf-Fit Training?

You’ll follow a progressive, individualized program combining:

High-Efficiency Training – Strategic intervals and time-efficient workouts that build stamina and power without wasted effort.
Golf-Specific Strength Training – Focus on glutes, core, hips, shoulders, and rotational strength—all designed to transfer directly to your swing.
Core Progressions – Improve your core control to add stability, protect your spine, and support a smoother, more powerful swing.
Balance & Stability Drills – Boost control and consistency, especially under pressure and on uneven lies.
Mobility Work – Open up tight hips, shoulders, and spine to increase swing range and reduce injury risk.
Cardio Conditioning – Maintain your energy and form from the first hole to the 18th.
