FAQ
- Is this medical nutrition therapy?
No. This is coaching and general nutrition guidance. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We can collaborate with your physician.
- Do you take insurance?
We’re out-of-network. Many clients use HSA/FSA. We provide receipts for your records.
- Do I need a Whoop band?
No. If you have one—great. If not, we still keep it simple and effective.
- How often are InBody scans?
Usually every 4–8 weeks, depending on goals and training phases.
- Will I get a meal plan?
We focus on habits and frameworks you can own anywhere. If a short-term plan helps you start, we’ll build one that fits your life.
