We’re out-of-network. Many clients use HSA/FSA. We provide receipts for your records.

  • Do I need a Whoop band?

No. If you have one—great. If not, we still keep it simple and effective.

  • How often are InBody scans?

Usually every 4–8 weeks, depending on goals and training phases.

  • Will I get a meal plan?

We focus on habits and frameworks you can own anywhere. If a short-term plan helps you start, we’ll build one that fits your life.
